The T&Cs
- To enter the competition you must like our Facebook page, share and comment on the post
- The competition is open only to businesses within the United Kingdom.
- The free website design is templated and includes a maximum of 10 pages.
- Support includes 20mins of site amends per month any additional changes are chargeable
- Entries for the prize draw for that month will close at midnight on the 30th November.
- The winner shall be selected randomly and the judge’s decision is final
- Winners will be notified by the 10th of the following month.
- The prize must be redeemed and the associated ‘web design’ project commenced within 3 months from the date of the announcement of the winning entry. You will then have a further 3 month to help us get your site live.
- Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
- You can only enter the competition once
- Winner will be responsible for all website copy, content, and images.
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- A contract for web design, hosting, and other web services will need to be entered into between the competition winner and Macbeth Designs
- The prize does not include hosting, this will be chargeable at £25.00 per month and include website maintenance.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Any personal information supplied to Macbeth Designs will be used and taken care of as described in our privacy policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering this prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry
